We do this with a special preference for Catholic congregations of women and men religious.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"headline2\">Vision<\/span><br \/>\n <\/strong>We believe that through an organization\u2019s development program, many people can be invited to participate in its mission through the sharing of their time, talent and treasure.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"headline2\">Experience<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n Unique in the non profit consulting world, Sisters Madeline Franze and Mary McFadden bring more than 50 years of experience to their consulting practice. As Co-Directors of Development for the Sisters of Saint Joseph, Philadelphia, PA from 1988-2003, they led efforts to raise more than $40 million.<\/p>\n<p>In 2003, aware of the specific needs of Catholic congregations of women and men religious, Sisters Madeline and Mary were missioned by the Sisters of Saint Joseph to concentrate their energies in a full time consulting practice and founded Development Consultants.
