program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"headline2\">Development Strategic Planning<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with an organization\u2019s leadership team and development staff to formulate a multi-year development strategic plan<\/li>\n<li>Assist in analysis of the organization\u2019s current development program and the formulation of future goals, strategies and timelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"headline2\">Readiness Assessment to Start a Development Program<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct a readiness and responsiveness assessment which focuses on characteristics and conditions that must be present for a development program to be successful<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation of the internal and external development environments<\/li>\n<li>Gathering of information and testing of assumptions through a specific sequence of activities<\/li>\n<li>Identification of environmental and institutional strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges for beginning a development program are presented in a written report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"headline2\">Development Education for Organizational Leaders and \/ or Members<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Workshops tailored to the needs of leadership teams to assist them in understanding their essential role in the ministry of development<\/li>\n<li>Workshops specific to the role of members of religious congregations to assist them in understanding their essential role in their congregation&#8217;s development
